Plants vs. Zombies FREE sync save

Help! I need to transfer the saving of the game Plants to the Sun Zombies FREE from one Android to another. I bought a new phone, and on the old I had a lot of traversed, coins, and so on. I enter the game on the new phone from my Google account and I have only synchronized the purchase of Remove ADS (Ads Free). And everything else begins anew. Please solve my problem and fix it. Otherwise, I ask you to return the money for the purchase of Remove ADS (Ads Free).

Sorry, I don't think there's a native ability to do this if Google's cloud save isn't working, PvZ is a rather old game. 

Would I be right to guess you're using the older version of the PvZ app, rather than the f2p one?

In that case it sounds like you may need to transfer files, if that's something you're comfortable with, but again you may have issues on newer phones.
