Plants v zombies HD still getting ads

I paid for ad free version from the in-app purchase - $4US - and I’m still getting ads! Why? Is how do I go about getting my money back or never having ads again?

I paid to remove ads from Plants vs Zombies, and now the ads are back. Why?

I've tried every way to contact someone to no avail. Emails are bot replies and contact on the download site send me to email. Even here, NO ONE will help me. I even tried twitter. I just want what I paid for. It shouldn't be this hard to fix this glitch.

Get a refund from Google Play store instead of EA because they will NOT help you at all.
