I paid to remove ads but I'm still seeing ads

I paid to remove ads over a month ago but I'm still seeing ads in-game. I've contacted EA support MANY times, but haven't been giving a solution. Has anyone solved this problem??

Get a refund from Google Play store instead of EA because they will NOT help you at all.
