How do i fix my account being reset

All my stuff got reset. I was rank 401 then u played a game of turf takeover. When the game ended i went back to my backyard. The game started to give me the tour thing and when i looked at my rank i went all the way down to rank 1. When i went to the character select booth all my character levels were reset. I really need a fix for this, can someone please help me.
