Help me (progress restore issues) [ Edited ]

My Plants Vs Zombies game wouldn't load so I had an idea (uninstall then reinstall) but It won't let me sign into google play games (or I just don't know how to) but long story short I can't restore my progress. please shed some light on me (again)

@DictatePlayz I think the issue here is logging into google play, without this progress won't be kept. What happens when you try yo log in? Do you get any error message?
