Getting stuck on walnut hill

When I load into game and try to play multiplayer i'm immediately put into walnut hills no matter what and then get stuck in a loading screen no matter how many times I re-launch the game. Solutions?

This exact same problem is happening again. For a few weeks now, North American East server rarely, if ever, gets me into a Turf Takeover game with other players. Failed to find a match and empty Walnut Hills games. Anyone else experiencing this?
