Garden Warefare 2 Multiplayer kick [ Edited ]

Hello. I am having an issue when I join the multiplayer portal. I will be on a black loading screen with a flower on the bottom right for about 5 minutes. It will then say I was "ousted for not playing this great game" when the black screen never even went away. I tested pressing buttons when the screen is black to test if I will not be afk'd. It worked in keeping me in the black loading screen and not kicking me. I just bought this game today. I have tried everything on youtube to fix it.
