Failed to retrieve saved data PC

Ever time I log in it says failed to retrieve saved data i click ok then it says would you like to contuine without saving. I click no (to see what is happening) everything is fine but all my saved customizations are gone sooooooooooooooooo...is there a way to fix all the thing I have seen are for X-Box.mileyvery-happy:

BTW a;so just now relised all my stickers I use to unlock more charcters I cant see so now I am angry :catmad:
