Failed to retrieve saved Data! XBox 360

So I'm getting this error.   I checked the forums and saw I should clear my cache, did that and didn't work.  Rebooted and messed with my network settings didn't work.  Weird thing is that I can see my rank, 47.  I can see my credits, 37,000.  And if I select cancel I get 1-2 seconds where I can navigate the menu and everything I have received in the packs is in my stickerbook.

What is going on?
