Why does have to be an online game. What if my internet is down. And why do we need internet to play a solo game mode. AND WHY IS THEIR NO SPLIT SCREEN MODE! On xbox 360. I have brothers and sisters who want to play too. But I don't have xbox one cause its over-priced.

The inventory and rank is kept server side, so you wouldn't have access to any coins, skills, consumables, character unlocks, customizations etc if you were to play offline.
