Cloud storage not working

When I try to use the cloud storage function for Plants Vs Zombies, the save data does not sync to the Origin cloud. I can see "0b of 100MB" in the game properties. How can I fix this?

I have the same problem. Strange, the question was created 4 years ago, but there is no answer. Something I have a desire to buy the game was gone. EA is about you!
