unable to load your custom wraps from the server need for speed PC

hi, so since 1 month, if I enter the game my cars have no wraps on them, and I get the error above

I tried to solve the problem with these steps and still got the problem

Not being able to use these functions is caused by connection issues. The issues could be occurring on our servers in which case they would be temporary, or they are on your home network in which case they persist.

Additionally, you could try the following:

• Make sure the time and date is correctly set on your system
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Disable proxy settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
• Clear Origin Cache Data
• Reset the Windows Host File
• Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
• If still unresolved, please do a clean boot

disabled the antivirus, flush dns, and all the things in the description, and nothing happend

I noticed that there are some additional tips in the following thread:

If you checked all the settings in-game and on your system then also make sure that there is no firewall enabled on your router.
