need for speed no limits freeze after blackridges

Hello EA support team,

My "Need For Speed no limits" freeze after finishing blackridges races  I updated NFS no limit to play blackridge rivals season 13 , after installing the last update ( 3MB )  , the game started to face issue moving from one race to another. so when playing the first tier everything works fine for the first 4 races ,  but after finishing the 5th race , the Game hang on the page which shows the winner timing and stop proceeding to collect the prize and after that the same issue get repeated for each race of the 2nd and 3rd tiers ( the money doesn't get collected after finishing each tier and I will not be happy if this happens with the Mclaren P1 blue prints   )

I tried to clear the cache and delete the data files and do a clean re-installation of the application from google play store but it didn't help.

the phone in use is Sony Xperia XZ1 (G8342) - Android 8.0.0

Can you please advise concerning this issue ?

My game have the same problem. Not only at BRR.

Random freezes after race ending, on race load screen and on garage car load.

Tried to clear the cache and the problem persists.

ALL races not just Black Dodge! Can never play more than 5 minutes at a time.

i have this problem too, the game is pretty much unplayable, everytime i go into my garage the game will either freeze itself before it loads it or it will freeze after accessing it and going to a race, and it uses fuel btw, its been happening ever since the blackridge updates, i had no problem with the game before that.

I also has the same problem. It is freeze after pvp whether win or lose. 

It started around 6 weeks ago. Right now I can't play pvp. I am using samsung s22 ultra, android 14.
