MSVCP100.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 package. Please make sure it's installed on your computer.  You can download it from the official Microsoft website here:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Please make sure to install both architectures, x86 and x64. After installing, please restart your PC and try launching the game.
