buongiono, quando avvio il gioco, mi viene questo avviso:

directx device creation error

failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0on adapter "Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset" with driver "unknown". error is DXGI_ERROR_UNUNSUPPORTED ("Unsuupeted.").

this is typically caused by non having the minimum required Directx support in the GPU.

for NVIDIA GPUs, Directx 10.0 support is required.

for AMD an GPUs from other vendors, DirectX 10.1 support is required.

I'm not a professional in these things, but check If all your drivers are up to date, including Directx.

As I know, best solution to treat this problem is to re-install the game.

If you updated all drivers, reinstalled the game and it still doesn't work write here again.

Also, please make sure you have installed all the updates for windows.

My video card is Intel G41 Express Chipset and I still had the same problem after updating DirectX and video drivers and then re-installing the game. I would be greatly thankful if you gave me a solution. Thanks in advance.

Add a 1GB GPU. That should help.

Because its a directx error its probably that you don't have a graphics card but if you want I can suggest some cards for you to use.
