@Wavesoffury06 Most likely yes, since they replaced Ghost Games with Criterion. I think it is a good chance that we ,may see a new Hot Pursuit game again. Atleast thats what im hoping for, since im no big fan of this FF trend.

@BVBgamer88 I doubt so.This new fake-Criterion isnt the Criterion did HP2010 back in the days.Ghost sent lots of people to this new Criterion(or lots return to Criterion) so clearly fake-Criterion will keep on the wrong road of Chav/Rice with good and bad games until they are rushed to be shut down in the end(Blackbox/Real Criterion/Ghost/SMS all suffer from this cycle)

@GK3512 yeah you re probaly right mate, but you never know mayby EA are so desperate. That they actually give up this FF trend and ditch it for cannonball return, sometimes you gotta have some faith. So lets hope EA and new Criterion does not ❤️❤️❤️❤️ this up, but we can atleast agree that Heat is done and ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

@BVBgamer88 HP2 was 8 years before HP2010,however Heat this POS is what we get after around 10 years without a real Root style NFS.Rivals was rusehd AF so that's a failure.HP2010 was done because Alex Ward insisted on a new HP game and EA had no other choice anymore. However fake Criterion lacks people like Alex to stand against EA and make a unique Cannonball style game.

@GK3512 If thats true then its sad, plus it makes EA very hypocrite. Since they made fun of street racing in the 90s. I rather want NFS too die with dignity, rather then ❤️❤️❤️❤️ it up even more.

Need for Speed fans, rejoice: Electronic Arts (EA) is giving the long-running racing franchise back to Criterion Games Criterion is a Guildford-based developer that worked on the critically-acclaimed Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) and Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012).

Criterion's first task will be to rediscover and reestablish the soul of Need for Speed. Does the next instalment need a story? What sort of balance should it strike between arcade and simulation racing? Is customization that important? What about the cop chases? Should it just make Need for Speed Underground 3? These are all questions that Ghost Games has grappled with and ultimately failed to answer. With the next generation of consoles, however, Criterion has the chance to wipe the slate clean once again and re-establish the franchise as one of the all-time greats.
