Special Event Hub Glitch [Devil's Run: Rogue Justice]

I can't seem to finalize the event. It's bugged, no matter how many times I'm trying to tap on it. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, clearing the cache, and did all of the requirements of the event and it's the only last one to do on the Story. Is there any way to fix this bug?
