Shift 2: Unleashed Cannot Connect to Autolog on PS3

I'm having a similiar problem.  I download, install, play, enter serial number to activate, activation successful, nothing happens thereafter - each time I attempt to play, the same sequence occurs - nothing happens after activation and play only permits opening an endless loop to activate.  Shift runs fine, but Shift 2 will not.  I installed the Shift2-Unleashed Leaders Pack after installing and activating Shift2 . . . still nothing.  UAC is off . . . is there anything I can do to rectify this?

 when I try to play a quick race the game crashes does anyone know why? The rest of the game plays just fine.

I bought a SHIFT 2 w years back and havent instaled it for a year 

Now when i am reinstaling it on my laptop, it is showing Activation LIMIT of serial exceaded

The game refuses to run and displays an error message that the PhysXLoader.dll is missing from the computer despite the game being fully downloaded.

I have reinstalled Windows 7 on my computer and have tried to reinstall Shift 2 Unleashed (through Steam), but it says the actiavtaion limit has been reached.

Obviously I can not 'deauthorize' previous installtions, since it's the same computer, just a new Windows installation.

I have tried to contact EA for help but it sends me to this 'Answer HQ'.

How can I proceed?
