Server issues

Server issues keep getting server messages and my car is running great then it goes down and I join again and it sucks. Why when maintenance happens it doesn’t get better

PS4 and bad server connection very bad server connection on nfs 2015. Also rivals I keep getting disconnected and this is been happening for years. I have replied many times and participants in the error pages
