Problem when i am trying to play need for speed the rivals

I have succesfully installed the game, but when i push the play button, the computer showed a message that says: "detected NVIDIA Geforce driver version 310.90. The recommended is 320.00 or later. Please update your drivers". I have downloaded the version 320.00 and the latest DirectX and the AMD Radeon 3870, but when i am trying to run the NVIDIA Geforce driver version 320.00, the computer showed a message that says: "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue. The graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware".
