Page up, Page Down button not work.

I try everything impossible from this forum about this problem. Another topics from different sites not posible to function normal. Only if I use on-screen keyboard, and every time need to switch game on-screen keyboard. All driver is update, non conflict programs to make problem on keyboard, laptop is pretty new have little bit program, DirectX 12. Uninstall and install game a couple time. The button work on another game CS:GO, PUBG, Battlefield 1, in browser same functional perfect.

Laptop is ASUS FX504GM.

The num lk button should toggle the function of the number keys.

Try something else this is not solution plus that I change a language setting regional setting, keyboard setting a couple time. I turn on sound when num lk key is pressing sounds coming function null in the game any another program or game it's ok.
