[PC] Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 unable to save my progress

So, I have recently bought this game and wanted to play it. However, each time I open it, I get this pop-up on my screen. I thought it did nothing on my first encounter. It basically just does not save my game at all. I dont know how to change the directory of the save file and I kept trying different solutions in here, but none of them worked. Anyone can help out? I have tried replacing the "????????" with "документы". It did not work.
