Online Friends and Game Help

I have Xbox 360 and live. Looking for friends to play online with.  Need for Speed Pro Street , Need for Speed Shift 2, Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012. 

I'm also needing stage 4 blueprints for my Pro Street cars and tunes for drag racing in Shift 2. Can't find any tunes for Shift 2. Yet drag tunes are everywhere for pro street.
