Nfs shift 2 cd key limit reached [ Edited ]

I can't seem to activate my Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleashed game. It says : "The activation limit for this serial number has been exceeded! Contact customer support for more information". Can you please resolve this issue? My serial code is [Removed - Admin. Please do not post your Product Code on a public forum]. I have it on PC with EA Classics.
