Nfs on ps4 is not accepting the email of my ea account

We are trying to start NFS ghost on the ps4, but it doesn't accept the email of my ea games account. We enter the exact email, but the box remains red and i can not go to thd button NEX to continue.

Anybody knows what to do?

For some reason there is a typo in email address NFS is trying to use and it doesn't match what I have as my PSN email. I verified my email account on the PS4 and tried uninstalling (delete game and all saved data) and installing NFS again but it keeps trying to used the same misspelled email address.
