Need for speed underground 2 missing disk

Hi. I bought a used retail version of the game: Need for Speed Underground 2 only to notice the 1st disk is missing, 2nd disk is pretty scratched but works, includes a serial. Is it possible to get a replacement disk or an image to download?

Our support cannot provide another copy of Disc 2 or a digital version. You will need to go back to your retailer for assistance with the missing disc or a potential refund/exchange.
