Need for speed most wanted stuck in loading screen

Hello, first time using origin...downloaded the new need for speed most wanted.  I launch the application, and it just sits in the loading screen.  The images cycle through however it just keeps loading and loading.  Any recommendations?

You are not alone.  I have the same problem.  Frustrating.

If you ever figure out how to fix this never pretested crappy waste of money game. Please tell me too. :D
