Need for speed login problems

Hi

Problem 1: On PS4 platform I can not input my password. My controller is perfect, but virtual keyboard on screen does not recognize my input, so I can not login into the game.

Problem 2: I bought NFS from PS Store, and I subsrcibed on my laptop on ea.com site. How can I connect my PS account to my EA account? Mail address and profile name is the same on both site.

@tbbela76 Hey, can you try restarting your PS4 from the power menu, and see if anything changes? If you can't use the virtual keyboard that sounds like a system issue, but hopefully a restart sorts it out. 

For the 2nd question, they may indeed be connected already, you can view your connected accounts here. However it's worth noting that there isn't any content shared between PC and consoles, so your subscription (EA Play I guess) will only be on PC.

I tried restart PS4 and app also, and have not helped on my problem.

Just for sure I signed in to my PS network account, and password screen worked correctly, so the problem is in-game.

No success in profile connections also, no idea how to connect.

Can I check what language/region you're in? Does changing either of these values have any impact on your issue. 

For the 2nd question, can I check what you're trying to do?

Both problem had solved, when I changed to my primary PS4

First I tried to install and start game on my child's PS4, but that console is my secondary one.

When I succeded to input my EA pass then the link of the 2 profile had done immediately

No, I restarted several times. Even after I reinstall the game it doesn't help.

@EA_David when I typed password it becomes an japanese or chinese words. pls i need the solution, cause it is my first time playing it on ps4
