Need for Speed The Run and Rivals won't run in full screen

Hello, I am running Windows 10 Pro w/ Update 1809 and UHD 630 Intel graphics and I am having issues of only playable in window mode. If I select full screen it would kick out and minimize to desktop in windows mode and my sound would be cut. I tried completely deleting and reinstalling Origin and all of my software again and also tried compatibility mode to no avail. I am out of ideas. I had this issue once before and had it fixed but don't recall on the steps I did to fix it.
