Need for Speed Shift (PS3) server is unavailable

Hello!

I can't play online in Need for Speed Shift (PS3). Game tells me that its server is unavailable. Are there any information on when it will be fixed?

@syxys Do you get any longer error message? When did you first notice this? I take it that other online games/services work ok?

If you haven't already, can you try clearing your ps3's cache?  https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-clear-my-playstation-3-s-cache/

@EA_David I first got this error on Sunday (April, 17th). Last time I played online on April, 3rd and everything worked perfectly.

The full message of the error is "A Need for Speed SHIFT game server is unavailable. Please try again later.". 

I've just cleared the cache. But get all the same error again.

Thanks for the info. I take it that you can play other games online without issue? Can you try power-cycling your router if you haven't already?
