Need for Speed Most Wanted and Heat in Steam but not on EA App

I own Need for speed Most wanted and also Heat but after the update it says i dont own the game. In my EA app there are no games showing. I have both the game in steam but not showing in EA app. When i click on the game gives error Something went wrong To continue linking your EA account, head back and start over. I contacted EA and they tell me i dont have any games in my libary. I have been playing most wanted since November 2020 and Heat from Sept 2021. I am not able to get any help. Advice from EA i have got is to buy games again.
