Need for Speed Most Wanted (NFS MW) 2012 PS3 Version - Start Me Up License

Each time I restart the game, the license plate always reset to (Start Me Up) and do not memorize the last one. This issue occurs for major licenses (except very few of them which seen at first when you access them). Any explanation for that glitch?
