Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2012 multiplayer error

I am in eu region and i have a connection issue in nfs mw 12, When press on the easydrive autolog recommends it says connection error also on the pause menu on multiplayer the same what should i do plz help me when see videos of multiplayer nfs mw on youtube i curse the second i watched it cuz i want to try it so much plz help me with any small advice

Are you playing on a console platform? I believe you are.
If so, you must then link your PSN ID/ GamerTag to your Origin Account so you can join multiplayer mode. 

Here is how:

• Linking Your Gamertag, PSN ID, and Origin Account

• Linking your Origin ID to your Gamertag or Playstation Network ID

• I forgot my Origin / EA Account or if it's linked to a GamerTag / PSN ID!
