I have hard copy of Need for Speed Carbon. The issue is my CD-Rom is not working so i cant use my disc. When i try and activate the product in Origin it says: "The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly." I am sure that the code is correct because i am looking at it mileylol: Is there something i can do?
P.S. Im the first owner of the game!

I advise you contact EA support:
1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC)
3) Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available.).
Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account.

Turns out they have stopped the support and everything for the game. Sad but what can we do. Thanks for the help mate.
