So, I borrowed Need For Speed from a friend today. While playing at his house, the game would run, but there would be a point in races where the car would fall through the floor and freeze if trying to quit the game or return to the autolog. We thought it was just a problem with his PS3 being overheated. When I had come home and put it in my own PS3, I started the game and updated. The problem is that when I try and go to the career, the game begins to load, but ultimately freezes. When attempting to quit the game via XMB, the system restarts, but remains with a black screen, and the only way to turn off the system is from the button behind the system. I would really like to get this problem figured out so we can go back to enjoying a great game.
