Need For Speed Hot Pursuit | Graphical Issue

Got suggested by EA support to post my issue with this game here, so that developers could see

Issue with Need For Speed Hot Pursuit:

When racing during darkness / nighttime, there will be a large area on the cars window with visible pixelated stutter. 
It is most noticeable when driving under eg. a bridge or near buildings etc...
It's really a pain in the * to look at and for me makes the game unplayable..
Had this game since release and really enjoyed it, hope this will be fixed
