NFS undercover keeps saying install after downloaded

I can't play NFS undercover because it keeps saying installing but it doesnt do anything?

It may take some time to finalise the installation, how long has it been in that state?

its isnt installing at all. you press on install and then i get the: completed download and install punkbuster popup after i click finish, installing reappears on origin.

The Origin version of Undercover has issues, such as no Challenge Seires, or the Challenge Series can't be started. You can still buy a new copy of the EA DVD version of Undercover from online stores like Amazon. You'll also need to search for and download patch 1.0.1.18, which fixes lag issues and adds the Challenge Series to the game. The EA DVD version of Undercover uses authentication instead of media protection, so it should run on Win 10 and older versions of WIndows back to Win XP (SP3).  If you recently bought Undercover from the Origin store, you might be able to get a refund since it's not working.
