Hi there!
Sometime ago I registered the product codes of my Need for Speed Shift, Shift 2, and another games physical released copies of the games, I bough them brand new, and I have to admit I barely play games on Origin app, today I look my Origins account and for some reason Shift 2 disappears from my game list.
Could someone tell me what's going on?

First, make sure you are logged in to the Origin account that those codes were redeemed on.
Once sure of that, you can make contact with an EA Game Advisor for assistance.
