NFS Rivals - Error code 00000069 [ Edited ]

Hi. 

I recently upgraded to a PS4 and got NFS Rivals but I cant seem to connect online. I just get error code 00000069.

I have created an EA origins account using the same email as my PSN and have done everything I could find on the net to try and resolve. I have deleted the game and reinstalled, I have ensured that my PS time is synced online, I have run network tests (no other game is giving me this problem - only rivals), and still no luck playing online.

I find it ridiculous that I need some kind of engineering degree to just get what I paid for - a working game.

I hope this can be resolved as mu next step is to take to social media and explain my discontent.

Please assist.

You have to change your EA password

@Dupf Hey ich hatte gerade das gleiche Problem. Ich wollte mich bei EA anmelden und habe dort mein Passwort geändert und mich bei EA erneut angemeldet, jetzt funktioniert alles wieder 👍🏼
