NFS ProStreet "Continue Button Glitch" Can't progress !!! [ Edited ]

i know that this game is very old now, but, i bought it a while back and i can't play it, i have no idea what it causes....

after the end of the race, you try to press "Continue" to head back to the menu, but, nothing happens.... the reports i've heard were, the game is glitched on both Win 8/10 (am using Win 10/64), some people said to disable autosave, others asked to unninstall "PB" that comes with the game, but nothing seems to work, the only possible solution is to install Win XP/Vista to play this game.... so, anyone has an "official" solution for that or not ?!....

Can you try running the game in compatibility mode for vista/XP as detailed here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/running-a-game-in-compatibility-mode-in-windows-10/

 Try to rename nfs.exe file. For example to prostreet.exe.

The game will disappear from installed in the Origin, but you can launch it directly from the folder.
