NFS Payback shipments available ? [ Edited ]

• PSN ID/Gamertag: Vynzen
• Are you getting an error message?  Yes, It says shipments are unavailable.
• Which modes does this happen in?  Both single and multiplayer.
• Does this happen to any other account on the device? Yes, on both consoles with UK and US acc's.
• How long are you playing until this happens?   It starts from the moment I turn it on to the time I turn it off.
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?  External or/and Internal drives.
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot). Wired, rarely Wireless.
• Is anything else happening? Not at all.
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:  Turned it off and back on, went to multiplayer and back to single (and vice versa also), but with no resolvents.
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

• Is anything else happening? Not that I know of 
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling it I’ve tried restarting my XBox One S
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip… sorry can’t do that

• How long are you playing until this happens? Since I bought the game on 5 september 2023.

• Is anything else happening? No, just this error when I go to the shipments menu.
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Check integrity, reinstall the game, go multiplayer mode and return to singleplayer

Does this happen to any other account on the device: yes, and it happens on my other ps4 too.
I have completed the on another account and it still says shipments unavailable.
Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive: im playing from an external drive.
What type of network are you using: i have tried my phone's hot spot, wired and wireless and nothing works.
Is anything else happening: no only the shipments are broken.

I play on xbox and my gamer tag is losey62. I use wireless internet and im exercising the same shipments unavailable problem. It needs to be fixed

Just got an update from EAHelp Customer Service

They said:

"Thank you so much for the patience here so I just got this case investigated by the concerned team and am happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however, the good news here is that the studio is already aware of it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one. As per the investigation, I have found that this is a known issue to us. Our dedicated teams are working hard on the issue to fix it at earliest."

Not working for me either. Let’s just say that I’m not playing again until the shipments are back. When they are back please let me know by replying to this post. Thanks

Is anyone having issues with shipments? Every time I try to open shipments to buy or use my shipments it’s saying shipments are currently unavailable try again later an it’s been doing this for well over a week ! Xbox one
