• Does this happen to any other account on the device? i have no other accounts
• How long are you playing until this happens?   It starts from the moment i turn it on to the time i turn it off
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?      Internal
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot).    Wireless
• Is anything else happening? No
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:  Turned it off and back on, Went to multiplayer and back with no resolvements

I'm having the same problem with NFS Payback shipments I'm on Xbox One

Not working on PS4 Or 5.  Sad since i nagged my son to play it, then got his own copy only for us to get stuck because we need our shipments but they are 'unavailable'

Just sent out an email to EA Help, will update you as soon as I hear from them. But from what I can tell, they've shut down Shipments for good...

Hey EA how’s it going I’m playing on Xbox one just beat the story mode on need for speed payback and it’s saying shipments are unavailable on story mode and multiplayer can you please fix this thanks also my account name on Xbox is Unshapedplum

@EA_Illium Do you still think that the problem is with us? I think before you do this, take a look at your damn servers. I quit the game because of the cheats of Battlefield 5 and switched to Battlefield 1. I left it because of the cheats, we decided to play NFS Payback, we are facing this problem too, I am sure that thousands of people are experiencing this problem, we are only on the forums. Those of you who are looking for answers, stop creating problems after every server maintenance, fix yourself as a company, don't be money-grubbing, don't ignore us, be player-friendly, you don't fix it without the players reacting, thanks to you, I will see the end of the game without using any shipments.

• Does this happen to any other account on the device? Only account I have, but all my friend experience the same issue. 
• How long are you playing until this happens? Immediately 
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? Internal SSD

• Is anything else happening? Just the inability to access shipments.
