NFS Payback on PS4 with child account

Hi.

My son who is 12 years old has a child account on PS4 and can't access online contents such as Shipments.

Is there anyway we can make this possible?

On my own (main) account on PS4 it works just fine.

I have tried to enable everything in the parental control on the PS4, but I think the problem is in the game.

Strange when it has a PEGI 12 level.

Right digging up this very old topic as I have the same problem.

My stepson got his own PS4 for his birthday and the game NFS Payback, so I set up his PS4 as the primary so he could use my ps+ subscription. But he still can`t acces the online protion and gets a message saying his account cant go online....

Whats the deal? His age is appropriate for the game, playstation plus is shared correctly.

Could it be that he doesnt have an EA account that is hindering this?

I also have this problem. It appears that online NFs Heat is not available for PSN child accounts, children 12 and under, but does work for PSN teen accounts, 13 and older. I don't understand why this issue is not addressed with a response.
