NFS No Limits Vault Event

Hello guys,

When you buy the Blueprints in the Event Store for gold (Im playing the Future Past Delorean Event) do you get all 40 Blueprints for 450 Gold in my case or just one? Also, if you buy them and finish the event, do you get them permanent on top? And do you also get the parts like Epic Turbo for gold permanent if you finish the event?
