NFS HP friends

Hi , i buyed nfs hp , i activated  and i want to play with my friends...they send me request and i receive but after message " was added to friend list " my friend dissapear from list.. i have reinstalled game , update with last version.. and nothing.. what i can do?(tryed from 2 pcs)

Perhaps they deleted U m8 medding with your mind ;-) Otherwise I have no idea...

Here are many other similar threads. Although some threads claim "Provlem solved", the problem was never solved in any of them. EA doesn't care.
