NFS 2016 Lost all progress

Hello, I have such a problem. I played this game in June 2016 and had about 23 hours played. I had experience level 46 cars: mustang foxbody and mustang boss. Today I downloaded the application, installed the game and I only have level 2 with a time of 1 hour 23 minutes played. I did not give anyone access to the game, whether it is possible to check and possibly recover the progress in the game.
