NFS 2015 keyboard not working

Hello, i recently bought NFS 2015 game from Steam. I play on PC with keyboard and mouse. The problem is that when the game comes to the launch screen where it says press space to launch nfs, i press the space bar but nothing happens. Even pressing L doesnt work. What is the problem, i have seen fellow players facing errors from the date this game has launched. 9+ years and still selling but Devs dont care. Please fix this error.

My pc specs: i3-10th generation 8gb ram 1tb ssd 256gb nvme, uhd 630 graphics card.

Hello @alexgoted,

Try repairing the game within the EA app. Also, when you launch the game, check the settings to see if your keyboard is being recognized. If I remember correctly, you can find this under the "Mouse and Keyboard" option in the settings.

I have repaired the game multiple times. Also tried uninstalling 2-3 times. Works on my other PC. 
Also, how can I check the settings, when I am not able to get in the game??
