NEED FOR SPEED RIVALS can't play with friends

Hello today i wanted to play NSF:Rivals with my friend, but I canť join his Friends game or he mine. If i try to join him it will say disconnected from the game and I automaticly leave (we're bouth on PC).
Does someone know how to fix this?

To confirm what is the full message you get?

Also, if you have not can we try the following?

• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
