I have a problem with Need for Speed: Rivals. It's running in slow motion. FPS are ok, but cars accelerate 0-100km/h in 10 seconds. I used -GameTime.MaxSimFps 18 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 18+ in shortcut in target and now it's ok, but phisics aren't good and when I have crash with other player (cop/driver) then I can't drive. Is any way to fix it?
My specification:
Dell Vostro 3700:
i5 520M 2.4 GHz
GeForce GT330M 1GB VRAM
4GB RAM DDR3
Windows 7 HP 64-bit
500GB HDD
Thanks in advance and sorry for my English 'cause it's not my language. I know it's very common problem, but it's just a lag and ways to fix it by EA aren't good.

Hi @Adoyx
From the dxdiag I can see that your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this game. Your GPU is not fast enough as @M_a_u_s1337 previously mentioned in this topic.
Please have a look at the System Requirements page for more information. An easy way for you to test your system in the future is to use the Can You RUN it website.

I've tried everything that was listed in a few other thread posts and I still can't seem to get rid of the audio stuttering, lag, screen tears, etc in this game. I've went down to the lowest resolution, lowest graphics settings, turned the music all the way down, everything. Still get audio static/stutters, engine and other sound effects stuttering/lag, game lag for no reason. The sad part, it does the same thing in Most Wanted and a few other NFS titles. Even NFS World was the same way somewhat. Makes me wonder what the new NFS is going to be like for PC. Is GHOST Games, EA, and Frostbite going to release it with glitches and bugs in it and not put out any patches to fix "everything" like a few other titles? Shift and Shift 2 Unleashed play perfectly fine. Rivals, Most Wanted, Hot Pursuit, and The Run (The Run only seems to do it during cut scenes), have audio and stuttering/lag issues. Pro Street I can't get to even run. If anyone can tell me and Adoyx here and absolute fix, it would be appreciated. Oh, here is my nfs times page for the now-long-and-gone NFS World....Got a lot of vids on my youtube channel from World. Check it out, GNRLCHAOS

I think your GPU is too weak for a demaning modern game like this. It may have enough VRAM and support Direct X 11, but it is too slow.

This command line is a bliss! A few knows about it! Many don't! So just sharing a bit! Cause sharing is caring.
If you have a low spec PC in which you can run many games even on medium settings but when you try to play Rivals you experience unplayable framerates even on the lowest of the lowest settings.
You may find many fixes on internet but hardly any of them works, tbh. So, here's an ultimate fix to the low fps which goes below 10 at times. Follow these easy steps to get 30fps.
1. Create a desktop shortcut of NFS14 or NFS14_x86
2. Right click on the shortcut and go to "Properties"
3. In 'Target' tab, paste the first line without inverted commas WHERE 'X' CAN BE ANY VALUE BETWEEN 1 TO 9.
4. Save and you are done.
You seriously won't believe that GeForce 610M, which is lowest of the lowest graphics card is delivering 30fps even at 1080p with 0.4 scale and 30fps at 720p with 0.7 scale.
NOTE- Your in game resolution scales down to that fraction a/the command line keeping other menu, map and meter graphics to the screen resolution. You can even try more than 1.0 values but those are for very high end machines that deliver 30fps even when maxed out.
