My game won't stay connected to Autolog servers

Please help me, it works here and there but max for 10 minutes, and thats after 1000 attempts. Cousins in the same household seem to manage it fine but even tho i have the best computer in the house, mine can't. PLease fix my nfs hot pursuit game
